Flagship Public Program
3 Days. Zero to Deployed Agents.
A three-day hands-on program that teaches business professionals to think in agents, design agentic solutions, and operate effectively in the agentic era. Every concept is grounded in a realistic business scenario. Every session involves doing, not just listening. Participants use AI tools from the first minute of Day 1.
The Three Days
What agents are, how they are built, and when humans stay in the loop. Participants move from AI user to AI designer, learning to see every business process as a candidate for agentic transformation.
Participants leave Day 1 with a complete Agent Charter: a design blueprint for the agent their team will build on Day 2.
Task decomposition, guardrails, output design, failure recovery, and iteration. Teams move from blueprint to working prototype, applying every principle from Day 1 in a real build session.
Teams spend the afternoon building a working interactive dashboard for their assigned business scenario.
Systems thinking, orchestration, change management, and measurement. Participants zoom out from a single agent to the enterprise system it belongs to, understanding how agents connect, hand off, and govern each other.
Teams present their solution to the full cohort in a capstone that brings all five team agents together as a unified system.
